Tonight marks the beginning of the round of 16.
Brazil's match against Portugal was a disappointment. Despite the fact that we all know Brazil was already going through, goals were expected in the game. But no, nada. Negative. Spain got through. Congrats (: The primary school kids and secondary are starting school this Monday. Kids, make use of today and tomorrow, well. I'll still be having holidays. Wohooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo! :D I accompanied Syimir and Izzulbaqir Burne to get their haircut yesterday. The moment Izzul was done, i said, "Badboy alert." he looked adorable yet cheeky with that look. Unfortunately, the elders weren't very pleased with it, so my dad did some amendments to his hair. In which he protested. And sulked for a while. Hahaha! I am very hungry. My grandmother is cooking something that smells oh-so delicious. Next stop; The Kitchen. Italy's match against Slovakia yesterday was very entertaining. It was a good fight. Still, kudos to Slovakia. They deserved it. Italy should go back home with pride. Germany is through to the last 16! Thanks to Oezil for scoring that 1 terrific goal. I love you Germany! Big match coming up, against England. Do your country proud (: Went to Nina's place to cook yesterday. But we went grocery shopping before hand. Due to the time constraint, we only cooked the soup. So the baking and meal cooking will be done on next Tuesday. Can't wait! Oh yeah, the soup turned out to taste real good. Hahaha! :D Went home with GB after that. Like usual, i'm waiting for him to finish prayers now. Then we're heading out. I cannot stop laughing every time i read this person's blog. The sentences are structured in such a weird way. And almost always end with a haha or hahahahaha. O.0 Izzulbaqir Burne taught me how to dance to the Waka Waka song yesterday. He's been laughing a lot these few days. It's very adorable. And his laughter is absolutely contagious. Two days ago, he was joking around with us. Then he suddenly stared at A.B. So she stared back. And he laughed, like something so hilarious just happened. He sat on my lap after that. And i was clowning around, he laughed, bent forward (& forgot that the floor was right below), and hit the floor. His lips bled as the aftermath. HAHAHAHA! Just yesterday, while watching Italy's match, i was telling him how Nina sneeze. (sorry Nina! :D) He laughed and laughed. Then asked me to do it again. Cheeky! I've got things to do today! So byebye. TSAMINA MINA EHH EHH!
WAKA WAKA EHH EHH! Big matches today. England vs Slovenia. USA vs Algeria. Both at 10. Germany vs Ghana. Serbia vs Australia. Both at 2.30 am. Germany, my hopes are on you. Pretty please! Went to Mama's school with A.B and GB today. Helped her with things. My mum asked GB to draw an apple. He walked to me, bent down to my ear and whispered, "How to draw apple?" Hahahahahaha, adorable. My mum heard and laughed. Then she said, "Alamak, i asked the wrong person." So i drew an apple. Then i took a good look at it and said that it looks horrible. GB snatched the paper away from me, took the marker and draw. I watched him draw the apple out, after which i exclaimed, "How can his apple be much more nicer than mine?!" He just smiled and raised his eyebrows. "So much for not knowing how to draw." HMPF! I love my brothers. They're so close to each other despite the age gap. They can make each other laugh so hard. They do stupid things together, laugh at each other's lame jokes. Then fight a little, with one of them crying at the end. Then they're okay again. They whole cycle starts again after that. A.B and i love disturbing Syimir and Izzul. Syimir especially. Hahahaha! I think Izzul is better at finding videos of Justin Bieber on Youtube compared to me. He's obsessed with him. Just recently, Syimir asked me if JB was dating Kim Kardashian. I didn't entertain his question because i was busy with something else. So he moved to A.B and asked her instead. I had the most awesome birthday celebration!
Like i said, this is a sweet 17. Thank you GB so much for the day. I hope you enjoyed your birthday too. Thanks for the surprises and gifts. The treats. You're a brilliant planner. ((: Thank you all for the wishes also. From the wishes from my family, to the text messages from cousins and friends, and the wishes from people on FB. Appreciate it :D So the day started out with a morning phone call. And then off to meet GB at 11.45. He closed my eyes and led me to some place so quiet. Hahaha! DONUTS! We exchanged gifts after that. I love the handmade present the most. ((: THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU! Headed to play the Bumper Ride after that. That was certainly enjoyable. Best GB? BUMP ME HERE AND THERE. Took the Virtual ride after that. 3D. Awesome! Headed to Far East after that. Had lunch. Then we had some quiet time together. :D So this was where the whole conspiracy theory unfolded. GB was so keen to bring me home. Of course i got suspicious, because usually, he wouldn't want me to go home. Hahahaha! We took the taxi to my place. Went to the shop because he wanted to buy Syimir his present. Then he called Amir to meet us downstairs. Made both of us wait. Then he told us to cover each other's eyes. Dragged us upstairs. Removed my sandals. And then my sister and grandmother told us to open our eyes and, TADA! Happy Birthday! Cake, KFC. Thanks A.B for the surprise. Nice collaboration with GB. My bedroom is filled with balloons now. It's almost impossible to walk without kicking the balloons away. Haha! We celebrated my birthday, GB's, Syimir's, my granny and Father's day. Thank you so much. I love you guys! I remembered that i wouldn't have the opportunity to blog tomorrow thus,
im blogging now. I came home around 8.15pm. Went out at 5. Met Mummy, Farah, Gb's uncle around 6. Headed to Swensens. GB's brother came afterwards. We ordered, and i was so full. All i wanted to do was sit there and not move. Thank you Mummy for the treat! ((: Italy's game is on, against New Zealand. 1-1. Halftime now. This World Cup is really full of surprises. The big teams are not shining. The underdogs are instead. Speaking of surprises, tomorrow would be full of them. Heh! :D So this is an advance; Happy 17th Birthday GB! I'll see you tomorrow. Despite not looking forward for the BBQ yesterday, (because i was lazy to travel to the other end of Singapore). The BBQ turned out fine. With the right and awesome people. From getting molested by Ayu, to bbq-ing marshmallows and getting teased by Wei Xiang & Vinodh, to dancing with Nina and Yoges, And joking around with the Mahirahs, Nawarah and more. To taking loads and loads of pictures. And letting Trinity hold my hand, playing catching, the bbq was great. :D I love you ICB! Kristin, Utt, Shikin, Zul! Upload the pictures soon (: Ohh, thank you Ezekiel for the birthday gift. Appreciate it. Germany frigging lost to Serbia, two days ago. Serbia's defending was great, far too great. Germany fell apart after the referee gave an unnecessary yellow card to Klose. He already had one yellow, which contributed to a red card. I could feel Joachim Loew's frustration. Germany, please please win the game against Ghana. You HAVE to. I found out something embarrassing about someone yesterday. HAHAHAHAHA! Still had the cheek to put it up on his status some more. OMG. I feel very uncomfortable. I think my sister and brother has the tendency to wear on their Germany shirt/jersey everytime there's a Germany match. Which there will be, today. At 7.30pm. HI OEZIL! :D Argentina's game yesterday was nice. Higuain scored a hat trick. Nice one. I really wanted Messi to score. The third goal should have been his. Nevertheless, he's a real sport. Spain was a real pain to watch. period. And how the hell did France lose to Mexico?! -.-" CMI. Went to T3 again yesterday for project meeting. We've decided on the recipes. Meeting again next Tuesday at Nina's place, to buy ingredients and cook. Can't wait! Ohh, bumped into Syafiq also yesterday. Hahaha! He was on the way to meeting Opah. And Opah was so cute, she texted me, asking if i have a black or grey shirt because the GCs are wearing that colour. I then replied, telling her i was in FC instead of GC. Hahaha, opah opah :D Me and Gb headed home after that. I'm waiting for his arrival after prayers. ((: While watching Spain's game. Izzulbaqir Burne was laughing at A.B. He was leaning forward while laughing so hard, and then fell forward onto the floor. Which, got us laughing harder. And then A.B was laughing back at Izzul, which resulted in her falling sideways, off the chair. So we laughed even harder. Izzul stood up, ran back and forth. I don't know why he did that. HAHAHAHA! I'm staying up with Syimir Burne,
because he forced me to play Scrabble while waiting for Brazil's match to start at 2.30am. So i went online also, to not get bored. Now i'm playing Scrabble while chatting with GB. And blogging. My family, Gb and I headed to T3 yesterday. Izzulbaqir Burne wanted to try out the slide so much. Since it was the free slide, we all took the opportunity to try. Hahaha. Headed to Budget Terminal after that to fetch Mummy and Farah. My mum met Gb's mum for the first time. When two parents meet, it's natural for us to feel a little bit, fearful. :D GB went off to eat with his family after that. Sorry we didn't tag along! And thanks for the bag and souvenirs ((: My family and i went home. GB came to my place to watch Holland's match. After which, he went back home. Hahahaha! Now got web ready, easier. Went out at 11 today. Took the bus to T3, again. Did our project. Played the slide. Head to Mac'd, and went off after that. GB and i went to CS to catch Marmaduke. Nice show. Very cute, haha. :D There's something wrong with me today. I keep mispronouncing words. "That's Ah Wang's dessert, eh no desert." Nina was the first one to burst out laughing. And then i realised that i re-corrected myself for nothing. The first one was correct. "Kunyit is onion right?" said GB. "Ahh yah, kunyit is onion." i answered. -insert sarcasm- "Eh no, kunyit is ginger!" "Ahh yes, kunyit is ginger." "Then what?!" "Kunyit is tumeric powder lah!" "Ohhhhh, HAHAHAHAHAHAH!" Woke up at 2.30 am for Germany's match.
They played beautifully. Oezil is one awesome player. He assisted two out of the four goals. He tried scoring a few times but it wasn't his luck. Marin is so cute! So small and agile. Hahahaha. The Aussies were constantly harassed by the Germans. They're so verbal that i could read what they were saying to the refs. "Fuck you ref, that was bullshit!" HAHAHAHAHA! Tim Cahill got a straight red card. Australia was down to 10 men, without their captain. He deserved it. He pressed down on Podolski's ankle. Then slide in between Schwensteiger's legs. It was a damn good game. Worth me sacrificing my sleep. ((: A.B and Syimir Burne died together today morning while watching the game. There was a moth and it landed on my leg. Syimir screamed and fell off the chair towards A.B, who was screaming also. "That moth's a bitch!" said Syimir. And i couldn't help but laugh because whatever he said didn't make sense. Yesterday, while i was making Milo in the kitchen, i joked around with Syimir and Izzul. And then Syimir said, "Kakak Yah, you are FON." "Wth is fon?!" The virus is being passed around.
Izzul just recovered. And now my dad's down with it. Park was so cute yesterday. Especially after he scored the second goal for Korea. Hahahaha. Good game. GB went off at 9.30 after the game. Argentina was fast-paced during the first half. They slowed down the game after halftime. Teves, Messi, Veron, Higuain had loads of chances to score. But the Nigeria keeper was too good. It really wasn't Messi's day yesterday. My brothers are obsessed with Justin Bieber. They've been watching Never Say Never music video over and over. Jay Smith is my eye candy. :D I didn't bother staying up for the 2.30 match. It was a draw anyway, between England and USA. Germany's game is at 2.30am today! Set alarm clock. Ballack oh Ballack. Germany's not the same without you. But there's still Lahm, Podolski and my lovely Bastian Schweinsteiger. ((: Holland's game is tomorrow at 7.30pm. It's officially the holidays!
Today was great. Went to school. Ms Pearl's lesson was just an hour. Discussed the class bbq, then broke into groups. We did practically nothing. Slack. Ms D's lesson was err, LOUD. We watched Shutter. And Nina was sitting beside me. I think her screams shocked me more than the ghost. Ms Wong's lesson was the best. They did presentation. Which ended at 11.55 am. And then Ms Wong told us to enjoy our holidays and released us at 12. Which was an hour early. So i hugged the rest goodbye, told them to enjoy their holidays and went off. Took the bus straight home. GB was waiting at the bus stop when i alighted. Hahahaha! Thanks ((: Went home, he put his bag and headed for prayers after that. I ate lunch. Talked. Waited. And then my siblings, Granny, GB and i headed out at 3.15. We waited to be seated. Got in, and so the movie began. KARATE KID WAS THE BOMB! I recommend it. Definitely hunting for the DVD once it's released. Met my mum and dad after the movie. GB and i went to buy drinks from CupWalker. Then we met the rest at DT. Bought things then went home. We talked, laughed. Syimir did some karate. Hahahaha! GB went off at 9.10. And here i am, blogging. :D While waiting for the opening match of World Cup. I told GB that he should stay over when there's important matches. Since today's opening match is shown on Channel 5. It's Africa vs Mexico anyway. GO GO GERMANY! World cup is starting tomorrow! WOHOOOOOOOOOOOOO! Eh GB, stay over here lah. Hahahahaha :D We're watching Karate Kid tomorrow. My siblings, Granny, GB and I. Maybe my mum's following. My granny, yes. She wanted to watch Karate Kid so much, so we asked her along. Heh! Bowling yesterday was very enjoyable. So many bloopers. HAHAHAHA! I think Vera uploaded the pictures at FB already. Ms D released us a bit late to finish off the presentation just now. Thank God the project's over! But, we headed to J8 rooftop after that to start on a new project. Virus infection takes a week to recover.
True indeed. I think my lungs are conspiring against me. The fever's gone. I'm looking forward to coming back tomorrow. Plus, tomorrow's the 7th! Happy 6th in advance GB :D One more week to the June holidays. Events and celebrations lined up. Projects. It's going to be a busybusy holiday period. A bazaar is a good place to spend money. Mostly on food. BURGER RAMLY, DUHH! This last week of school is going to be filled with tests and projects due. There's nothing on tomorrow, except maybe i have to do my oral presentation. Napfa on Tuesday. (because ICB girls are daredevils) LFS assignment to be handed in on Wednesday. Plus ECD's project. Thursday, oral presentation again. Ya lah, i ran 2.4 just now. NOT. Virus infection are the best. 38.8 all the way till today morning. I think i look like a ghost now. Pallid skin, dark circles.
